Look at Fig. 3.1 (Insert), which shows average wind speeds in southern and western Pakistan. The labelled locations U, V, W, X, Y, Z on Fig. 3.1 are possible places for wind power generation. Identify the two sites that have the lowest potential for generating wind power.
