Representation of data — practice question

The point $O$ lies $1.2\text{ m}$ below the rough horizontal ground $ABC$. A ball is projected from $O$ with speed $25\text{ m s}^{-1}$ at an angle of $70^\circ$ to the horizontal. After it has moved $2\text{ m}$ horizontally, the ball passes over point $A$. It then makes one bounce on the ground at $B$. The ball leaves $B$ at speed $15\text{ m s}^{-1}$ and goes a further $20\text{ m}$ horizontally before landing at $C$.
(i)[3]

Calculate the height above the level of $O$ of the ball when it is vertically above $A$.

(ii)[3]

Calculate the time after projection when the ball reaches $B$.

(iii)[2]

Find the angle made by the ball’s trajectory with the horizontal immediately after it bounces at $B$.
