Gio owns a set of 18 cards. Ivy owns a set of $x$ cards. Every card shows either a bus, a car or a train. The numbers of each picture in the two sets are listed in the table. One card is selected at random from each set. The chance that both cards show buses is equal to twice the chance that both cards show cars.
